Always great food. Very quiet, low key place. Service is good, just sometimes needs to get their attention.

Great Food. Great Customer Service and The Best Place for your little parties.I was here with my families and friends for our Birthday Party. I called in to make a reservation for a big group (around 25). Surprisingly, they had a private space for us in the back of the restaurant, which is great (I never expected that in a Vietnamese restaurant). We totally love it. When we came there, everything had been set up as we expected. The food was incredibly tasty, especially the grilled chicken with rice plates (the best dish throughout the menu). Our two servers, Long and Corey, were very attentive and friendly. They did a great job of hosting our birthday party. We put this 5 stars not only because of the food but the great customer service! We're definitely gonna come back again with more friends!

Ambience is nice here. Food options are great and not terribly overpriced. Location might be difficult to find if you're not familiar with the plaza but once you are seated than you're treated very well. Condiments are on the table to add to your dish however you like and servers are very respectful. Not to mention it's very spacious on the inside. When I went there were several groups of friends and families here to eat on a night out. Would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

The Grill Shrimp is very delicious. We had the duck& bamboo noodle, very healthy and tasty. The price is 12.99, and you get a lot of food. I would like to give five stars. Keep going! Ps: highly recommend the Duck& bamboo with spicy sauce .

Friendly, accommodating, attentive staff... had a large, house special pho and wasn't disappointed. The "spring rolls" were tasty but I've always known spring rolls as the ones in the rice paper wrappers with shrimp, pork, and veggies...not deep fried lumpia-type finger foods. Still good no matter the name they're called.

Fresh, hot and delicious! I had the seafood Pho. Shrimp, squid and fish cakes. I wasn't very fond of the fish cakes but everything else was spectacular!

I came here because of all the rave reviews and I was not disappointed. I've dined in and out several times, the food quality is 5 star either way. Bubble tea is a plus! Their food rivals with popular restaurants in NY and ATL. The broth is sooo good and all the addings are top of the line in freshness. Absolutely delicious! Also the price is great for the huge portion you receive. They have earned a loyal customer. If you have doubts I hope this review changes your mind.

The food is good but someone needs to tell the 2 girls/waitresses to lose their phones while on duty. I like the place but this continued lack of service and attention to the customers is a huge issue for me. I've just about decided to no longer patronize them on this reason alone. I'm sure there's comparable food with better service elsewhere.

Service not the greatest. A patron should never have to ask for more water or napkins.

Awesome Pho! Worth traveling for, though I do wish they delivered. Taking down a large order definitely feels like a food challenge!

Great price, huge servings, food to warm the soul. It feels like a cafeteria inside but that doesn't bother me. All in all worth checking out.

Very nice and clean restaurant, staff are very helpful. The dishes however, are on the decent side. The beef Pho is just okay...the other dishes were also just okay. The price was on the high side so I could only recommend it if you really want to try their dishes. There are many other Vietnamese restaurants in the area, so you have a few to chose from.

You just lost an entire family of customers!!! We came on Friday night hungry and ready to eat. There were tons of people eating dinner. We went to sit down and were told we can't be served. The girl at the counter said we can only get take out at 8:45 pm. I said with all these people eating you can't serve us? She said no, takeout only. We walked out and will never be back! Our whole family will never be back either! That is what you call HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!!!!!!

Solid food and a reasonable deal. This place is tucked away in a strip mall on Okeechobee Boulevard. The space is a little bit odd because it is very large like it was a clothing store prior to being a restaurant. The food is very good. Expert tip - you can bring your own wine or beer which is the best part! Excellent soup all around.

So I just went here and got a noodle bowl with brisket and it is Excellent! Best food I've had in sometime. The summer rolls are also great! I'll be coming back soo !

We go here every time we do our Goodwill runs. Have always had great customer service, have never had a bad experience. And for the life of me I can't finish one darn bowl!

Nice place with standard fare - enjoyable but not out of the ordinary.

Great flavor!

I do not recommend this place for two main reasons. First, the place does not feel clean, but greasy. Second, and most importantly, they put lot of monosodium glutamate (MSG) in the broth. If you want Vietnamese foods, I would instead highly recommend "Inch & Ounces Vietnamese Street Food". The place just recently opened. It is also in West Palm Beach, and many of my friends who are Vietnamese also found the foods at "Inch & Ounces Vietnamese Street Food" to be much tastier!

I love it here. My fiancée and I eat here weekly. The food is amazing. The staff is friendly. The crowd is diverse. It’s a hole-in-the-wall feel meaning not-commercialize. Compared to the competition, Pho Saigon is the most authentic.The broth is clear and not overwhelmingThe beef balls have a spring in texture and flavor.The fatty brisket is second to none. I’ve tried multiple noodle soups on their menu, and they’re all fantastic.We’ve become regulars and drag our friends there weekly.

Don't use Uber eats to buy noodlesI love it here, and I come here a lot，but When I use the delivery service, I'm disappointed，They give you a different capacity than you used to Even if you ask for chili sauce, they won't give it to you

Huge space with solid and comforting Vietnamese place. Probably the best authentic Vietnamese restaurants in Palm Beach county. The Pho bowls are gigantic and one order of the grilled pork vermicelli was enough to share for two people.

Very unhappy with their services today. I'd ordered 3 fry rice, 2 order came out full and 1 was only half full. I'd asked the manager if he can fill it up for me, but he said that if I want to I'd have to order another order of fry rice. I'd told him that he's willing to loose a client for this, but he shows no signs of caring about he's client at all. Very disappointed with them today.

Been here before had the gentleman serve us and was a great experience. Reason why I returned last week. So ...I visited last week (Valentine's Day) with my wife and kid and the service was horrible. The girl that waited on us just wasn't with it. Never checked on us. The place wasn't even packed and we had to basically ask for everthing. Even walked up to them to pay the tab at the end. Couldn't even get a refill on my drink! So I sat there just to see how long it would take and trust me, what was left in our pho bowl was well past cold....I guess don't dine while being Asian because you'll get shafted. Noticed all the other people (non-Asian) Get greeted and seated and waited on hand and foot. I hate to bash Asian establishments because I know they work hard at trying to keep service but, this was just horrible.

The pho was very good and many different options for changing the flavor. The restaurant was very clean as well.

Flavorful and filling. Reasonably priced Vietnamese joint with a casual environment. I ordered the Special Rice Plate and enjoyed everything about it. If you're looking for inexpensive Vietnamese food in casual environment, look no further.

This place is a little slice of heaven. Their pho is perfection, the soup, the meat, the noodles, everything is amazing. The staff is super nice and helpful if you want to customize your order a bit. The only downside is people (customers) tend to come here and be loudmouths while they eat (what ever happened to manners lol.) Other then that it's a wonderful experience.

WOW! I'm from Coconut Grove. Work up here at times, And the Duck soup is off the charts. Place is clean and flavors POP! Definitely coming here again.

Best service! The spring and summer rolls are delicious to share but a must get. The main event: the pho. You can't go wrong with any type but I prefer the meat and veggie. It is so fast and so delicious! This is a must visit place.

I adore this restaurant! They give good meals, their menu is rich, The cook in that spot is a professional, I love a lot trying all their food. The food is consistently fresh and tasty, the service towards the customers is efficient. I go often to this restaurant and I was never discontended. I recommend it with no hesitation.

Nice and decent looking restaurant. We read other rating before go to this restaurant. Pho broth is good. I didn't need to add any Hoisin sauce. Combo noodle is good too but too little noodle (seem like kid size) even though price is $12. Ask for extra noodle and was charged $1. Place is roomy even with many tables . Waiters and waitresses are handsome young men and women with smile when greet guests. Recommended.

The Pho is excellent, it remains consistent YOY for the last 5-8 years. The customer service is driven by an older gentleman who tells the wait staff to pay attention.I have to remove 1🌟, because the young staff are either not paying attention or they are under-staffed.Instead of trying to flag someone down today, I went over to the soda fountain and refilled my own drink.

Best Vietnamese restaurant in Palm Beach county. Their Pho is spectacular!!!! Full of flavor and not oily like most restaurants. Their summer rolls are equally as good. Since finding this restaurant, I probably eat lunch there two to three times a week.

Excellent goi đu đu. The duck soup is amazing. Vermicelli combo has lots of meat and shrimps. The best part is their sauce is very flavorful. Excellent overall.
